The 19th Annual Old Wheels In Motion Rally is being staged as a COVID Safe Event and as such, the Callide Dawson Machinery Preservation Club Inc. has implemented the following practices: Online ticket sales and pre-sales of general public tickets in an attempt to reduce the need for queuing at the entry points to the event. A refund policy that will see general public tickets refunded to those who are unable to attend the event due to feeling unwell and exhibiting symptoms associated with COVID-19. Please note that whilst the ticket price will be refunded, administrations fees charged by Eventbrite will not be refunded. A refund policy that will see exhibitors, trade site holders and market site holders refunded their registration fees if they are unable to attend the event due to feeling unwell and exhibiting symptoms associated with COVID-19. Please note that whilst the ticket price will be refunded, an administration fee of $5.50 will be retained to cover costs of processing the refund. Contact tracing via the use of the Check In Qld App. All attendees will be required to check in on arrival at the event venue. Those that do not have a mobile device can seek the assistance of event officials who will assist in checking you in. Record keeping - a record of all event officials, contractors and volunteers will be kept including the person’s name, contact number, email address, home address, organisation affiliation, discrete areas of work, time of entry to the event site, time of leaving the event site. Such records will be kept for a period of 56 days. Physical distancing measures. The capacity of certain display/demonstration areas have been calculated in accordance with the current guidelines. A sign at the entry to these areas advises the maximum capacity allowed. Whilst event officials will monitor these, we ask that attendees observe capacity limits and all other physical distancing measures employed in other areas on the site, e.g. eating areas, queues, amenities, etc. Cleaning practices to ensure more frequent cleaning of the venue and of high traffic areas along with frequently touched areas and surfaces. The provision of hand washing/sanitising stations and practices for event officials and attendees as they enter and exit the event sites and discrete areas within the site. Please do not attend this event if you: have in the last 14 days travelled from overseas, a COVID-19 hotspot or COVID-19 exposure site; have been in close contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19; are an active COVID-19 case; are currently, or have recently experienced cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, loss of smell or taste, vomiting, diarrhoea or shortness of breath as you will be denied entry to the event and be referred to first aid/medical services. ** PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT DIRECTIONS.
