Friday, 14th July, 2023 will provide exhibitors, trade/market stall holders and swap meet site holders with an excellent chance to
setup their displays/stalls in readiness for the weekend ahead. Club Members will be on site from 9.00am, so please don’t hesitate in
asking for further information or assistance.
N.B.: If arriving prior to the 14th July, 2023 please contact the Rally Coordinator in advance so that access to the site
can be arranged. If you require assistance in unloading machinery/display items please make note of this so that the
appropriate equipment is available on your arrival.
And, don’t forget Exhibitors, and Trade/Market Site holders, are all invited to attend the complimentary “Welcome Dinner” at 6.00pm.
The dinner is held in the CDMPC Shed on the grounds, and provides those in attendance with an opportunity to catch up with mates,
discuss acquisitions and to relax and unwind while consuming some liquid refreshments.
